Intended learning outcomes

Upon approved, according with the performed works, he (she) will be able to:

  1. Understand key aspects of potentiometric biosensor assembly.
  2. Explore computational analysis methodologies in Bioinformatics.
  3. Understand the relevance of biocatalyst immobilization technology in the Environment, Agriculture, Bio-industry and  Medicine.
  4. Critically analyze biocatalysis in non-conventional media using myoglobin pseudo-peroxidase activity.
  5. Understand several unit operations in the downstream processing of biological products.
  6. Study the optimization of protein separation by high resolution chromatographic techniques, namely by IMAC.
  7. Interpret the literature with the purpose of interpreting, analyzing and concluding about the design and operation of the unit operations studied in the Separation Processes.
